Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar

A passionate advocate of the power of efficacious policymaking & societal repair, brings her expertise and commitment to this global platform. With a deep understanding of global challenges, she leads initiatives that inspire collective action & collaborative impact.

Wendy Craft

Wendy Craft is a seasoned family office executive with extensive experience managing the legal, operational, and investment affairs of multigenerational high-net-worth families. She currently serves as CEO of Elle Family Office, which oversees the holdings of the Lazarian family, including assets in real estate, exotic automobiles, and alternative investments. Over her career, Wendy has held senior leadership roles in multiple prominent family offices, including Fulcrum Equities, the Shepperd Family Office, and the Schneider Family Office—guiding strategy across asset allocation, governance, tax optimization, and social impact.
Trained in law and taxation, she holds degrees from Kalamazoo College, Thomas Cooley Law School, and Georgetown University Law Center. Wendy is a recognized voice in the global family office community, serving on advisory boards such as the Family Office Exchange and the NYU Stern Family Office Council, and is frequently invited to speak on the evolving dynamics between family offices and operating companies.

Ameya Pratap Singh

Ameya Pratap Singh holds a DPhil (PhD) in Area Studies from the University of Oxford, with prior degrees from the University of Cambridge, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. His academic work focuses on the role of emotions in international relations—particularly how fear functions as a regulatory tool within global political orders.

He has written extensively on India’s foreign policy, economy, and political landscape for notable platforms including The Diplomat, The Print, The Week, and the Oxford Political Review. In addition to being the Founder and Managing Editor of Young Bhartiya, a Mumbai-based global affairs daily, he currently serves as the Managing Director of Statecraft and as a Director at the Yogayatan Group.

J. Alan Reid, Jr.

J. Alan Reid, Jr. is the co-founder of iconik, a fintech company redefining the shareholder voting space. With decades of experience across wealth management, mutual funds, family offices, and fintech startups, Alan is widely recognized for his innovation and industry leadership.

He previously served as President and CEO of several Gordon Getty–controlled entities, including Forward Management and ReFlow Management, where he helped grow assets from $70 million to $7 billion while pioneering tax-aware strategies and liquid alternatives. Alan has held governance roles with the Investment Company Institute, FOLIOfn, and the NY Federal Reserve’s mutual fund working group. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Morgan Stanley. He is a frequent contributor to national financial media and an influential voice in asset management evolution.

Jonathan Zaback

Jonathan Zaback is the co-founder of Impact Partners, a strategic communications firm that works with global family offices, venture and private equity funds, and the founders they invest in. He helps clients build and manage their reputations before someone else does—ensuring they own their brand rather than chase it—by working directly with the editors-in-chief of the world’s most prominent media outlets.

With nearly three decades of experience in public relations, Jonathan has worked alongside some of the world’s most influential leaders across both the public and private sectors. He brings to Power of Policy an intimate understanding of the family office ecosystem and a proven ability to build coalitions that drive meaningful impact.

Having spent the last 6 years interfacing and creating synergy between
stakeholders in the government, state agencies, Institutions of Higher
learning and Public/Private sectors in order to advance the agenda of
energy sources such as. Hydrogen on both a macro and micro level. Dhruv
brings a collective experience of 16 years operating in a variety of
industries, sectors and geographies such as being an Experienced
Business Development and Intelligence Specialist with a demonstrated
history of working in the Forensic and Research industry. A Trained
Private Investigator; Skilled in Crisis Management, Negotiation,
Analytical Skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Team
Building.
